2. Fund your account with cryptocurrency

Send cryptocurrency from another exchange or hardware wallet to your PlasBit wallet.

Go to the Wallet tab → choose Deposit → Select the coin and network you want to deposit, and send it to your wallet address.

3. Set up your transfer

Enter the recipient’s details in the Wires tab:

• Account holder’s name

• Account number

• Destination country

• Transfer amount

The system will then automatically calculate and display the total, including fees and the applicable exchange rate.

4. If necessary, provide supporting documents

We may ask for additional information, such as your relationship with the sender or the purpose of the payment. This is a regulatory requirement and helps us ensure that our services remain safe and compliant for all users.

5. Check that all details are correct

If you notice a mistake, you can amend the information as long as the transfer has not yet been processed.

6. Confirm your transfer and that’s it

Track your transfer progress and notify your recipient that the money is on the way.

How long will an international payment take?

The majority of our money transfers are completed on the same day or the following day.

Transfer times may occasionally be affected by factors such as bank holidays or weekends.

You can track your transfer’s progress in real time, and we’ll notify you by email once the transfer has been completed.

Is there any limit on how much money I can send with PlasBit?

The transfer amount limit depends on your verification level.

Users who complete full KYC, including identity and address verification, can transfer up to €10,000 to a bank account in their own name. The name on the bank account must match the name on the PlasBit account.

To send more than €10,000, you’ll need to complete Enhanced Verification by submitting documents that prove the source of your funds.

Once verified, there are no limits on our side, and you will be able to transfer any amount as long as the documentation of the source of funds aligns with the transaction amount.

How do I send money as a business?

Simply select "business account" in the transfer form.

Can I sell crypto and wire euros to my bank acccount?

Yes, you can sell crypto and wire euros into your bank account via SEPA transfer.

First, ensure that your account is fully verified by completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which involves identity and address verification.

Once verified, navigate to the "Wires" section on the dashboard to input your bank details.

The name on your bank account must match the name on your PlasBit profile account.

How do I transfer money from my bank to PlasBit?

Before depositing funds into your PlasBit account, ensure you have completed the identity and address verification process.

You will not receive the bank details if your account is not verified.

Here's how to make a deposit:

1. Log into your PlasBit account dashboard and go to the Deposit section on the left.

2. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click the "Deposit" button.

3. Then you'll receive PlasBit's bank details along with your unique reference code.

When completing your bank transfer, be sure to include your unique reference code in the notes section. This allows us to correctly attribute the deposit to your account. Please note that deposits must be made in euros and must come from a bank account registered under the same name as your PlasBit account.

Important:

Ensure the bank account used for the deposit exactly matches your PlasBit account name.Deposits from bank accounts not bearing the exact name as your PlasBit account will result in the funds not being credited to your account.Deposits from a third-party bank account are not allowed.
