→ Plasbit Processing Website Checkout Integration — Roll out native checkout integrations for e-commerce sites, letting merchants embed crypto processing on their payment page to accept crypto and with settlement sent by bank transfer in local currency.

→ New Card provider integration — our Visa dedicated BIN number program with DiPocket will launch on Plasbit’s BIN, delivering instant virtual cards with optional plastic and metal versions. Apple Pay / Google Pay compatible, EMV / NFC tap to pay ready, and secured by 3D Secure.

→ Plasbit Processing Widget Launch — Plug and Play B2B crypto checkout tool that lets merchants accept +50 cryptocurrencies from their customers, allowing them to convert it at will and settle EUR or local fiat to the merchant’s bank via SEPA / SWIFT.

→ Launch of the Wirex Card program — Our virtual and plastic debit card program powered by Wirex BaaS, giving users access to affordable crypto cards backed by stable card infrastructure.

2025 Q4

→ Launched B2B crypto payment links for businesses, including automatic settlement to an external crypto wallet or bank account, allowing merchants to accept crypto and withdraw funds automatically.

→ MSB registration with FINTRAC (C100000920) officially approved, marking our compliance with Canadian financial regulations and authorization to operate as a regulated Money Services Business.

→ PCI DSS Certification — End-to-end encryption for all client personal info and cardholder data.
→ Travel Rule Compliance — Developed our own internal system and automated messaging layer to support evolving crypto regulations and cross-platform data-sharing.

→ Integrating Our Own Solana Node — Our physical self-hosted validator, eliminating reliance on public RPC gateways, lowering latency.
→ Affiliate Card Program — Launch cards for digital ad spend on Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok and other platforms.

2024 Q4

→ Bank of Canada Approval Secured — Registered with the Bank of Canada and added to the federal corporate registry as the first step toward our FINTRAC-approved MSB licence.

→ Transak on-ramp integration — enabling users to buy crypto directly with local bank cards or Google Pay and Apple Pay.
→ Token expanded — LINK, UNI, MATIC, DAI, ARB, and additional ERC-20 assets were added to the exchange and wallet.

→ SUMSUB KYC integrated — switched to Sumsub’s biometric-liveness and AI document-reading engine, aligned with EU AML 5 and FATF travel-rule standards.
→ PayPal off-ramp enabled — users can now convert crypto to fiat and exchange it to a PayPal balance.

→ New Card Vendor Integration — Completed integration with our new card vendor, enabling instant-issue virtual cards in EUR and USD., fully Apple/Google Pay-compatible.

→ Onfido KYC onboarding — global ID coverage, sub-2-minute approvals, data kept inside our own compliance stack.
→ Tron nodes deployed (no third-party RPCs).

→ Temporary suspension of physical-card issuance — we paused the issuance of new plastic/metal cards while migrating to a new card issuer. All virtual cards remained fully operational, ensuring uninterrupted service for users.

→ Tron Network Support Activated – Integrated TRX and USDT on TRC-20, all routed through our own Tron full nodes.
→ Website Redesign Sprint — Streamlined top-up flow and full dark-mode support.

2023 Q1

→ Polish VASP licence granted (Ref. RDWW650) — the Ministry of Finance officially recognised Plasbit as a regulated VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider), allowing us to run our exchange and issue crypto cards.

2022 Q4

→ Third-party Card Issuing — Instant EUR & USD virtual cards are now fully operational, with Apple Pay and Google Pay support for online shopping and tap-to-pay spending.
→ Independent Penetration Testing — The External security team ran a full-stack attack to identify and patch vulnerabilities.

→ Bug-Bounty Program Launched — Offering the highest rewards in the crypto industry for white-hat researchers.
→ EUIPO Trade-Mark — Plasbit is an official European Union Trade Mark (EUTM) under a single registration issued by the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

→ Onfido KYC onboarding Integration— automated identity checks and real-time AML screening ID, while keeping all verification data inside our self-managed compliance back-end.
→ UI/UX overhaul – design refresh, cleaner flows, faster app (AntD stack).

→ NexPay Integration — Enabled bank transfers and SEPA wire services for seamless multi-currency fiat on- and off-ramping, allowing users to make SWIFT bank transfers in 22 additional currencies.

→ Our Ethereum node went live — Ending reliance on external RPC providers and giving us full control over latency, uptime, and data privacy.
→ Blog and Research Launches — Articles and guides on privacy, security, and real-world use cases written by our in-house writers.

→ Cold Wallet Architecture Upgrade — 100% of client deposits are held 1-for-1 in offline, multi-sig cold storage, with only a small operational float staying online for withdrawals.

→ Entirely Self-Funded — No token sale or VC money. Plasbit is bootstrapped with the founders’ own capital from day one.
