Simple guide to send large amounts

Send cryptocurrency from another exchange or hardware wallet to your PlasBit wallet.

Go to tab Wallet → Deposit → send your selected coins and send to your wallet address.

3. Set up your transfer

Enter the recipient’s details in the form in the transfers tab :

The system will calculate and display the amount adjusted including the fee and the currency exchange rate

4. If necessary, Send us supporting documents

We may need to ask you about your relationship with the sender, or the purpose of the payment. This is a regulatory requirement for us, and it helps us to make sure that our services are safe for everyone.

5. You must check if the details entered are correct

If there is a mistake, you can amend the information before the transfer has been received.

6. Confirm your transfer and That's it

Is there any limit on how much money I can send with PlasBit?

The amount you can transfer with PlasBit is unlimited.

You can transfer up to $50,000 USD online per transaction (or currency equivalent) and a maximum of $300,000.00 USD for the last 30 days.

For larger amounts, you can contact our support and they can guide you through the transfer process to increase your limit.

How do I send money as a business?

Simpley select in the transfer form "business account" and write an appendix in notes section.

Can I sell crypto and wire euros to my bank acccount?

Yes, you can sell crypto and wire euros into your bank account via SEPA transfer.

First, ensure that your account is fully verified by completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which involves identity and address verification.

Once verified, navigate to the "Wires" section on the dashboard to input your bank details.

It is crucial that the name on your bank account match the name on your PlasBit account.

How do I transfer money from my bank to PlasBit?

Before depositing funds into your PlasBit account, ensure you have completed the identity and address verification process.

You will not receive the bank details if your account is not verified.

Here's how to make a deposit:

1. Log into your PlasBit account dashboard and Locate the "Deposit" section on the left.

2. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click the "Deposit" button.

3. Then you'll receive PlasBit's bank details along with your unique reference code.

When filling out the transfer details with your bank, make sure to include your unique reference code in the notes section.This ensures your deposit is correctly attributed to your account.Please note that deposits must be in euros and from a bank account that exactly matches the name on your PlasBit account.

Important:

Ensure the bank account used for the deposit exactly matches your PlasBit account name.Deposits from bank accounts not bearing the exact name as your PlasBit account will result in the funds not being credited to your account.Deposits from a third-party bank account are not allowed.

How much will it cost to transfer money with PlasBit?

The transfer fee is 1% of the amount you intend to send.

You can have this fee deducted from or added to the transfer amount.

When you review the transfer details, a 15-minute window will commence, during which the exchange rate and fee are locked in so this process gives you the opportunity to confirm that you are satisfied with the conditions before finalizing the transaction.
