We aim to provide uninterrupted access to our platform; however, technical issues such as network instability, app version incompatibilities, or system maintenance may limit availability. You should maintain a reliable internet connection and use the latest version of our application for optimal performance.

If you hold tokens or securities linked to a third-party issuer, that entity’s insolvency could lead to significant or total loss of your investment.

In many jurisdictions, equity or token holders rank lowest in repayment priority.

Not all instruments are equally liquid. While some assets may be easily bought or sold, others—particularly fractional tokens or shares of smaller companies—may have limited market activity. This means you might be unable to exit positions at a desired price or at all. Fractional assets cannot be traded on public exchanges and can only be sold back through our third-party broker, which further increases liquidity risk.

We reserve the right to add, suspend, or remove any instrument from our platform at our discretion. If an asset is suspended, we will typically allow the closure of open positions where permitted by law.

Company operates via digital channels only. By using our platform, you acknowledge that all support will be provided in English and exclusively through our app or email. We do not offer phone-based or in-person support.
