* For all conversions from crypto to fiat and fiat to crypto in the amount of EUR 10,000 or more, we require Source of Funds verification in addition to standard and enhanced KYC checks, as part of our Enhanced Due Diligence process, in line with our internal AML policy for all users.
Depending on the customer’s risk assessment and our internal risk management procedures, we may also ask for Source of Wealth (SoW) information and apply further EDD measures on a case by case basis.

• All limits are displayed and calculated in USD, even for transactions in other currencies.
• Exchange rates used to calculate funding limits are based on the weighted average from the past 24 hours.

To increase your limits, you must first reach the Enhanced verification level. This requires providing supporting documents to verify your source of funds, which includes documentation such as bank statements, proof of income, or other relevant financial records. Once you have completed the Enhanced verification, your limits will be upgraded accordingly.
