INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF JOB CANDIDATES
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), we hereby inform you that:
- 1. The personal data controller is Plasbit sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (02-715), at ul. Puławska 145, e-mail address: admin@plasbit.com.
- 2. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer – Mr. Paweł Maliszewski, who can be contacted in matters related to the protection and processing of personal data via the email address: privacy@plasbit.com.
- 3. Personal data will be processed for the purposes of: conducting the recruitment process and assessing qualifications for the position for which the candidate is applying, which constitutes steps towards concluding a contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR); conducting future recruitment processes, provided that you provide separate consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).
- 4. Personal data will be stored until the recruitment process for a given position is completed. If you consent to future recruitment, your data may be processed for a period of 12 months from the date of submission of your application.
- 5. The recipients of personal data may be entities providing services to the Controller on the basis of relevant agreements (e.g. IT system providers) and entities authorized to receive them under applicable law (e.g. courts).
- 6. Under the terms of the GDPR, you have the right to: access to data, request their rectification, deletion or restriction of their processing, transfer of personal data, i.e. to receive information from the Controller about the personal data being processed, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, to the extent that the data are processed for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract in an automated manner; withdraw consent to data processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw), if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
- 7. Providing data specified in the Labor Code is necessary to participate in recruitment. Refusal to provide them will prevent your application from being considered.
Consent Declaration
If you consent to the processing of your personal data after the recruitment process for future recruitment purposes, please include the following consent statement in your application documents:
"I consent to the processing of personal data contained in my application documents by Plasbit sp. z o.o. for the purpose of using them in future recruitment processes conducted by the Company. I am aware that my consent may be withdrawn at any time."
