You can reset the phone number you use for two-factor authentication (2FA) if you cannot receive SMS verification codes.
In order to protect your account, withdrawals and P2P transactions will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your phone number.
Here’s how to reset it on the PlasBit website.
1. Log in to your PlasBit account and click [Verification].
2. Click [Deactive] next to [Phone Number Verification].
3. Read the notes carefully before clicking [Confirm]. Please note that withdrawals and P2P transactions will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your phone number.
4. Complete 2FA by Clicking [Get Code].
5. Click [Remove] to successfully reset your phone number on PlasBit.
