Why do unsuccessful transactions appear in the card transactions history?

Any and all actionable, uncompleted transactions will appear in your transactions history report.

For every transaction (this includes transaction authorizations, payments, and refunds), PlasBit sends the transaction request to the payment gateway, and the gateway replies back with a response code (for example, 220) and response message (For example, Insufficient funds) indicating if the transaction was approved or declined.

Most errors result from invalid payment methods, such as a debit card with insufficient funds or an expired card.

You must review your payment transactions regularly for any errors and follow up with customer support to address any issues.

Your Past transactions are available on the dashboard:

1. Log in to PlasBit account

2. Click on the Transaction History tab

3. Scroll down to past transactions to view your transaction history
